The Zero-G Ear Seal Combo features a Sonic Interior Wall that intercepts stray noise and channels it into the seal’s sound-deadening core for dissipation before it reaches the ear.
The interior layer provides integrated heat and moisture-wicking properties, actively drawing perspiration away to keep pilots comfortable during sustained operations. Independent and DoD testing confirms Zero-G core materials deliver superior blunt impact performance over OEM product.
The Zero-G Ear Seal Combo is engineered to conform around objects such as eyeglass frames without creating discomfort or compromising the acoustic seal. The seal material is enhanced with permanent Anti-Odor and Anti-Microbial performance, maintaining hygiene integrity across extended operational use. Modular design fits any US or foreign flight helmet.
Available in ¾” and 1-1/8″ thicknesses. Not compatible with ANR (Active Noise Reduction) systems. For maximum passive noise isolation, combine with the Zero-G Noise Reduction Kit. Pilots building out a full HGU helmet upgrade can also pair with the Zero-G Helmet Comfort Liner and Zero-G Nape Pad.
