Pro Flight Gear, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
a) To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same new condition as received, with all original packaging intact.
b) Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
c) Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
2. Returns Process

b) If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

c) Fit and compatibility issues — such as helmet sizing or ear cup compatibility — are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend reviewing all product specifications, sizing guides, and compatibility information prior to purchase. Our team is available to assist with product selection before you order.
