1. Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or periods of high demand. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers We ship via FedEx Ground and FedEx 2-Day as our standard carriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Rates are as follows:

  • Continental USA: Flat rate shipping applies based on product weight and shipping class
  • Alaska and Hawaii: Flat rate applies — calculated at checkout
  • International: Select destinations only — costs and delivery times vary

3. Shipping Restrictions

a) International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping costs, delivery times, and any applicable customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

b) P.O. Box Addresses: FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. USPS is used for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us at [email protected] prior to placing your order if you require USPS delivery.

c) Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Pro Flight Gear, LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

4. State Sales Tax

a) Arizona: Orders shipped to Arizona addresses are subject to applicable state and local sales tax.

b) Tennessee: Orders shipped to Tennessee addresses are subject to applicable state and local sales tax.

5. Order Tracking Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Delays Pro Flight Gear, LLC is not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors including weather events, natural disasters, carrier delays, or customs processing. We will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed and assist in resolving any issues that arise.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages Pro Flight Gear, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address and monitor your tracking information.
