The ALPHA Eagle Brow and Crown Pad 6mm/9mm is the factory-specification padding component for the brow and crown contact zones of the ALPHA Eagle Flight Helmet. Available in 6mm and 9mm thicknesses, this component allows for precise adjustment of helmet fit to achieve the correct positional alignment and pressure distribution across the cranium for individual aircrew.
Proper brow and crown padding is a critical element of overall helmet fit. A correctly sized pad minimizes forward shift during NVG operations, reduces pressure fatigue on extended missions, and ensures the helmet shell remains correctly positioned relative to the cranium under varying load conditions.
When brow and crown pads show signs of compression or reduced compliance, replacement with the correct OEM component restores the helmet to its designed fit specification.
