The Electret Mic Muff – Basic is a foam windscreen cover designed for use with electret microphones in aviation applications. It attenuates wind noise and breath pops that degrade transmission clarity in open-cockpit, high-airflow, and rotary-wing environments — allowing the microphone to focus on voice and reject unwanted aerodynamic noise.
