The fabric used in the construction of the Zero-G Helmet Upgrade Kit is designed to draw perspiration away from the head and cool the wearer through the evaporation process. Independent testing has shown the combination of the ear seals and helmet liner significantly improved impact protection to standard liners and ear seals. These products have been engineered to provide pain free flying for pilots and aircrew to ensure the focus is on the primary mission, not the fit or stability of the flight helmet.

Thermal Stability
The internal fabric of our helmet liner provides thermal regulating
properties. When operating temperature is high, the liner will remain
cooler. When temperature is cool, liner will help retain the heat in.
Anti-Microbial
Liners and ear seals are enhanced with permanent anti- odor and antimicrobial
performance.

Zero-G Helmet Comfort Liner
A drop in replacement liner to upgrade the pressure displacement and comfort
of your existing flight helmet and enhance the overall fit. The suspension
system (padding) is a rate and temperature sensitive material that conforms to
the wearer’s unique head shape. These materials are covered in a heat and
moisture wicking anti-microbial fabric.
Comfort Liner Sizing
The Alpha Helmet Comfort Liner is available in the following thicknesses (all
Alpha Liners are 13” in length): 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2” and 5/8”. The SPH Helmet
Comfort Liner is available in 1engths of 16” and 17” and the following
thicknesses: 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2” and 5/8”.
Zero-G Ear Seals
Pro Flight Gear Ear Seals will fit many existing aviation communications
headsets. The laminate structure provides optimum comfort, noise attenuation,
and maximum side impact protection. The sonic interior wall allows stray noise
to penetrate the interior wall and then dissipate into the ear seal’s sound
deadening material. This layer also provides heat and moisture wicking
properties, keeping the wearer cool and dry. These products will not generate
hot spots commonly associated with this type of life support equipment. The
ear seals will conform around objects such as eyeglass frames and not create
discomfort.
3/4″ and 1/2″ ear seals are available for Alpha Flight Helmets.

Noise Reduction Inner-Ear Cup Pads
The Ear Cup Pads can be used in conjunction with the Pro Flight Gear Ear
Seals to provide heightened passive noise isolation and increase
communication intelligibility. The foam pads fit into any existing flight helmet
or passive aviation headset ear cup.
